“ I’m up in Cross Street Market in Baltimore wanted to review every spot up there!! Well…this ramen spot is one of those places I told myself to get to!! Let’s GO!! . Where I am: @dashi.ramen2023 . Location Reviewed: 1065 S. Charles St., Baltimore M.D. inside of @crossstreetmarket . Items Reviewed: STAMP!! Their Dashi Tots ($8.95 homemade potato tots with black truffle sea salt, & aioli). Crisp on the outside, warm, & soft on the inside with a tangy aioli!! STAMP!! Their Pastrami Egg Roll ($6.95 with pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss). Tender pastrami, cheesy, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Kara-Age Wings ($11.95 Japanese style fried soy sauce glazed wings, & aioli). Crispy, & super flavorful with a creamy dip! STAMP!! Their Cheesy Crab Rangoon ($9.95 a cream cheese, & mozzarella cheese real crab meat Rangoon with crab salad, & sweet chili sauce). Well cheesed up, crispy, with a tasty real crab salad!! STAMP!! Their Strawberry Lemonade ($5). Real juice, not drink…STAMP!! STAMP!! Their Classic Ramen ($16.95 with pork belly, marinated soy egg, Bok choy, mushroom, & scallion in a classic shoyu broth). STAMP!! Their Spicy Red Devil Ramen ($21.95 with brisket, egg, mushrooms, cilantro, onion crunch, sesame seeds, scallions, & shallots in a red chili broth, & spicy habanero oil). Spicy, fulfilling, fresh, with well seasoned brisket!! STAMP!! Their Mango Smoothie ($8 freshly made). Sweet, fruity, & tasty!! STAMP!! Their Crème Brûlée Cheesecake ($8.95 with a raspberry sauce). Creamy, sweet, tasty!! . Customer Service: On Point. . Recommendations: Everything I got at this spot was a HIT!! “ This was my first time coming to this ramen spot and the food was flavorful and filling! I was able to taste the broth to make sure it was to my liking, which was very helpful. They do give you a good amount for the price as well. There is a wide variety of options on the menu too! ”

“ Dashi is an unassuming Ramen shop near the back of the Food Hall. You can order via the digital panel or by talking to someone, but the woman running the register greeted me promptly. I ordered the Spicy Miso and it came out quickly (along with two gyoza which I guess came as a side). The ramen was flavorful and packed with tasty veggies like Bok Choy and wood ear mushrooms. I asked for extra egg and corn, so that plus a coke came out to around 26 bucks. This is a food hall so you order and retrieve your food from the counter and then find a place to sit. Seating is plentiful, but be warned that if you sit close to the shop in winter, you'll have to fight with the cold air coming from the door. I could see parking being a mess here, but I think it's worth the visit. ”
